Why it happens

• Over a rate: per account, GET 10/s (burst 30), list pages with PageSize over 50 at 2/s, POST/DELETE 5/s (burst 10); 20/s per source IP before auth; or the gateway-wide fair share.

• 10 failed logins in a minute from one source IP, which answers 429 for 15 minutes.

What to do

Wait the number of seconds in the Retry-After header, then retry.
