TwiML
Your answer to a call is a TwiML document: XML with <Response> at its root. v1 supports the verbs below. Anything else, an unknown verb
or an unsupported attribute value makes the whole document invalid: 720001 (naming it) or
720002.

When the dongle answers
It answers only when your TwiML reaches a verb that needs audio: Play, Pause, Gather, Connect or Start.
Message and Redirect keep the call ringing. Reject, Hangup, or a document that ends with the call unanswered,
all send the caller to the SIM's voicemail.
Limits per call
Up to 20 TwiML fetches, 200 verbs and 60 seconds of total fetch time. Past that, the call ends with 720003.
Not in v1
Say, Record, Dial to a number, client, conference or queue, Enqueue, Leave, Pay, Prompt, Refer,
Connect><Room>, Connect><ConversationRelay>, Connect><VirtualAgent>, Siprec and Transcription. Each is
refused with 720001.
