Any IncomingPhoneNumbers parameter not listed in this reference, e.g. VoiceApplicationSid.

What to do

Remove the parameter named in parameter.

Extra fields in the error

Besides code, message, more_info and status, the error body carries: parameter. The message says the same in words.
